The Martin Mayer Group keeps their promises. Inspired by their parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, lifelong friends Erica Martin and Brandi Mayer pledged they would someday go into business together.

Of course, they had to get out of school first. Brandi has a degree in finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where Erica majored in management with a concentration in leadership and administration.

Before partnering as Realtors, both women gained valuable experience working in other aspects of residential housing. Brandi was a sales executive for Kohler and Miele, while Erica managed a domestic staffing company.
